Austin Center is managed by the A. S. Austin Company, a firm that has developed, constructed, leased and managed commercial real estate since 1957. In addition to a property manager and an operations manager on site, there are several maintenance engineers and HVAC engineers on the premises. This allows our tenants' needs to be serviced promptly and courteously. In addition, the Austin Center premises are patrolled by a security guard 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Currently, there are two restaurants, a barber shop and a full-service bank on the premises. Austin Center is located in between Westshore Plaza and International Mall, two of Tampa’s major shopping centers. The Westshore Marriott Hotel is also located on the Austin Center property.
